Terms of Service

Last updated: 26 August 2026

1. Who we are

Vantage is a marketing workspace operated by Red Salt Media ("we", "us"), based in Liverpool, United Kingdom. These terms are a contract between us and the business that opens an account ("you"). By creating an account or using Vantage you agree to them.

2. Your account

You must give accurate details and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for everything done under your account, including by team members you add as seats. Accounts are for businesses; you confirm you are acting for a business, not as a consumer.

3. Plans, billing and trials

Paid plans renew automatically (monthly or annually) until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store your full card details. You can cancel any time from your account page, and access continues to the end of the paid period. The £1 trial gives one day of access and does not start a recurring subscription. Prices may change; we will give you reasonable notice before a change affects a renewal. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable.

4. AI credits and generated content

Some features use AI and draw on a prepaid credit balance. Credits are consumed as you use those features, are not redeemable for cash, and expire if your account is closed. AI output is generated automatically: review it before you rely on it or publish it. You own the content you create with Vantage; you are responsible for how you use it.

5. Third-party connections

Vantage can connect to services such as Google Ads, Google Search Console and YouTube on your instruction. Your use of those services stays governed by their own terms. Where you connect an ads account, campaigns are created in a paused state and spend only happens when you enable them in the third-party platform.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use Vantage to break the law, infringe others' rights, send spam, probe or disrupt the service, or resell access without our agreement. We may suspend or close accounts that do.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Vantage available and improving, but it is provided "as is" and we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. We may add, change or retire features. If we discontinue the service entirely we will give you reasonable notice.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability to you in any 12-month period is capped at the amount you paid us in that period, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost data or lost business. Marketing outcomes depend on many factors; we do not guarantee results.

9. Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time. We can suspend or end accounts for breach of these terms or non-payment. On closure we may delete your data after a reasonable period; export anything you need first.

10. General

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction. If we update these terms in a way that materially affects you, we will let you know by email or in the product. Questions: use the contact page.
